Ok here’s the new rejuvenated Captain Matt, the Sixth Year Senior. For those of you unaware, I’m friggin’ rock-and-roll and love it. I’ve also not felt like writing very much over the past few months, yeah I suck and know it, but the Athens-Tally connection is back.

So I’d like to start with a shout out to all my ladies (this might get me in trouble but ohh well); I love you all. Next I’d like to give a love to my boy Webmaster J for letting me borrow his computer during movie night to post this.

I’d like to welcome all you kids back to skool for another exciting and adventurous semester. Roll big kids cause we only get college life once; even if it does last the better part of decade. Which might I add is going to be ending for me again in May. I know I, along with the Most-Awesome-Rebecca, am like an institution for collegiate slacking, but all good things must come to an end. I can only say, GO DAWGS.

In other news I actually survived dating a single female for a semester which if you know me an ungodly feat. By survived I mean the hot and flirtatious Heather tolerated me for the last 6 months or so. It’s sad that the good Captain was put on the locks by a young ‘un. I must be getting old.

Lastly I’d like to say my little cousin Nate is awesome and gave us one of the coolest Christmas’s we’ve had in a while. He also got more toys than KB. It was cool.

In short you kids have a safe and fun semester, stay away from the pipe, and love each other. And I promise to actually write more. In the immortal words of Ron Burgundy, “I don’t speak Spanish”.
